Elaine became a Partner of Braddell Brothers in February 2010. She leads our Corporate and Dispute Prevention Practice.
An accomplished corporate lawyer, Elaine began her legal career in the litigation arena.
She first practised in Singapore, then in London where, as a property litigation solicitor, she instructed barristers and Queen's Counsel.
After two years in London, Elaine returned to Singapore to practice as a corporate lawyer, first at Tan Rajah & Cheah, then her own firm of Almenoar, Seow & Co. and later, Tan Peng Chin LLC.
In her Dispute Prevention role, Elaine assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts with a view to protecting them against potential future disputes.
