Eversheds Sutherland announces 86% NQ trainee retention for 2020
Eversheds Sutherland (International) is pleased to announce an 86% retention rate of its 2020 newly-qualified (NQ) cohort, offering 43 trainees roles within its legal practice.
The NQ cohort will be spread across the firm’s UK and Hong Kong offices, filling roles in its Company Commercial, Litigation & Dispute Management, Real Estate and Human Resources Practice Groups.
In total, the firm’s UK autumn 2020 cohort comprises 68% female trainees and 18% Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic, with one trainee having a declared disability.

Eversheds Sutherland reported a 2019 trainee retention rate of 80%.
