Baker McKenzie is acting as Hong Kong law counsel to YCIH Green High-Performance Concrete Company Limited ("YCIH Green High-Performance Concrete") on its global offering. The Hong Kong Public Offering commences in Hong Kong today.

 

YCIH Green High-Performance Concrete is a leading ready-mixed concrete producer in China with strong research and development capabilities. The Company produces and supplies concrete and related construction materials as well as provide quality and technology management services to its customers. It is also the first concrete producer in Yunnan Province to introduce modernized, scientific and environmentally-friendly manufacturing concepts into its production.

 

The Baker McKenzie team is led by Partner Hang Wang in Beijing, with support from Bing Han, Counsel of FenXun Partners, the Chinese law firm that Baker McKenzie partnered with to establish the Baker McKenzie FenXun (FTZ) Joint Operation in the Shanghai FTZ. Other team members include associates Rachel Wang and Ray Chan in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong office, and Sophie Fu in Beijing. The team has lead responsibility for prospectus drafting, securities and regulatory issues, communication with the regulators and general transaction management.
