Baker McKenzie Advises Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group On Its Global Offering And Hong Kong Listing.

Baker McKenzie is acting as Hong Kong and US law counsel to Changsha Broad Homes Industrial Group Company Limited ("Broad Homes") on its global offering and proposed listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Hong Kong Public Offering commences in Hong Kong today.

The Baker McKenzie team is led by Partner Hang Wang in Beijing, with support from Yolanda Zheng, Counsel of FenXun Partners, the Chinese law firm that Baker McKenzie partnered with to establish the Baker McKenzie FenXun (FTZ) Joint Operation in the Shanghai FTZ. Other team members include associates Rachel Wang and Ray Chan in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong office, and Daisy Chen and Hu Xiaoyang in Shanghai. The team has lead responsibility for prospectus drafting, securities and regulatory issues, communication with the regulators and general transaction management.
